Are all items authentic?

Yes, all items featured in our shop go through a rigorous 3 step authentication process before being listed. Authentications are carried out by our team and no item is sent without authentication. All items in our shop have a 100% authenticity guarantee or you are guaranteed a full refund.

What designers do you carry?

Our store features designer brands like Christian Dior, Versace, Burberry, Dolce Gabbana, Emilio Pucci, Fendi, Prada, Miu Miu, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Jean Paul Gaultier, Gucci, Cavalli, and many more.

Are items one of one?

Yes, 99% of the item our items are one of one. It is very rare for us to find more of any of the items we've sold or have on sale in our shop. Our items come from many different individual sellers and designer auctions, meaning once we get a piece, they are usually the only one we can find on the internet and in our research.

Do you accept offers/give discounts?

Prices are 70-80% off retail, and we strive to offer the best resale designer pricing on the market. We strive to always be 100-500 dollars lower than other vintage sellers. Furthermore, we discount our prices 5-10% from our depop prices on top of the 70-80% retail discount. That being said, our pricing is firm, however, for bundles and higher priced items, bundles will be considered.

Do you offer returns?

Items are final sale. Returns are only offered in the case of severe damage that was not previously mentioned. If the item does not arrive, please contact your local post office/ the courier that your item was sent through in order to check the status of your package. Any losses as a result of the post office is their responsibility. Please file a claim with them.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, various credit cards, and also offer Shopify payment installments. Installments give you the option to pay in parts, which gives you more time to pay and lets you pay less upfront. If you do not have any of these payment methods, please contact us through email.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship anywhere and everywhere, however shipping prices will be higher for international destinations. We ship from Los Angeles, California, and New Orleans, Louisiana USA. 

How long do orders take to process?

Orders are processed within 1-4 days after purchase. Items are sent USPS first class, which typically arrive within 2-4 days of shipment. Please check on the status of the order through your confirmation email and your tracking number.
